    I can help you set goals to challenge yourself - you might want to become stronger, take part in a new sport, enter a 10k for the first time or start running. I can design a bespoke programme for you to work towards your goal, taking account of your work and family commitments and lifestyle. I can advise on nutrition and create specific training sessions with me, as well as guiding you on your fitness regime in your own time.
