    I recognise that everyone is an individual who requires a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.

    With me, you will benefit from dedicated one-to-one sessions allowing you to focus on one thing - your results.

    I will conduct an initial physical and lifestyle assessment to create a programme tailored specifically for you. This will include a lifestyle and nutrition assessment, fitness testing and health screening.

    Your training goal is completely individual to you. It could be weight loss, strength building, a desire to compete in a event such as a 10k race, general fitness - or simply to have more energy. Whatever your goal is, I will work with you to plan a bespoke programme that focuses on achieving results. I will guide you through an entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training (both with and wthout me), your diet and your lifestyle.

    Your programme will be designed to be progressive and challenging - always with your goals in sight. Your programme will take you through all aspects of fitness development, to help you become leaner, stronger, more flexible, more stable and more agile. Alongside your goal, your programme will be helping you towards a healthier and more active lifestyle to help you live better.

    I am very realistic about how day-to-day demands of family and work other commitments can impact on your time and your programme will reflect this.

    I am aware that some people enjoy using a gym, whilst for others it could be a daunting experience. With me, you can train in the gym, in the park or in the privacy of your own home - wherever you feel most comfortable.

    If you have young children or lack of childcare, don't worry - you can still enjoy your personal training sessions in your own home with complete peace of mind as you can watch your child as you work out.
