Wilton is just a few miles from Salisbury and very much has its own identity and history. It is also home to specialist textile based industries, mainly due to the river location and historic local sheep farming for wool. For this print, I made the ‘vessels’ themselves part of the story, along with many other references to Wilton places, events and history.
